This site does not use advertising trackers. If you book a demo or use a contact form, we receive the name, phone number and details you type, and we use them only to contact you about the service.
For our clients' callers
When a customer calls a business that uses Call Kettle, the call is answered by an AI receptionist that tells the caller it is an AI and that the call may be recorded and monitored. We store the booking details the caller gives (name, phone number, what they need) and, unless the client has turned it off, a text transcript and a short summary of the call. We do not record call audio ourselves.
- Retention: transcripts and summaries are deleted automatically after 90 days. Booking and call-count records are kept for the client's history.
- Who can see it: the business owner, through a private link that opens only their data, and us, to support and improve the service.
- Who processes it: our phone provider (Twilio) for the call and speech recognition and voice; our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate replies; our hosting provider (Fly.io); our email provider for alerts; Stripe for billing. Each handles data only to provide its service to us.
- We do not sell personal data.
- Deletion: a client can ask us to delete their data at any time, and we will.
Not for protected health information
Call Kettle isn't set up for medical or legal records and doesn't have the agreements those require. We do not take healthcare or legal clients, and the receptionist isn't allowed to ask for or repeat medical details.
